What should I do in my Western Caribbean cruise?

I'm going on a Western Caribbean cruise in January. I want to know opinions on the best tours land, where should I hang up the plan on the beach, and where the best animals and marine life. Besides, I can expect to see any kind of marine life (dolphins, etc) as I cross this area? In January, average temperatures are high at my destination in the high 70 low 80. Ports of call include Grand Cayman, Roatan, Honduras, Cozumel, Mexico Princess Cays, Bahamas Suggestions?

Click on "rooms" and go to "Ports" for information on cruises with experience. Coz Cayman are both easy to do on your own. Cayman is a tender port, so you need to allow extra time for the tender 15 to 20 minutes to / from the ship.
