Vacation Home

A holiday in Disney World in Florida is the dream of many people, but the costs of a vacation in the Orlando area can go up if you're not careful. One of the best ways to reduce costs, not taking away from the fun, is to get a rental home near Disney World, instead of renting a hotel room or rooms. In If unfamiliar with this type of accommodation, let me explain the important points.

Disney rental is fully furnished and equipped condominiums and villas with two to seven bedrooms. Although I stress that is going to save money by selecting a house to rent instead of a hotel, in fact is going to win in the space and comfort.

Instead of being cramped in a room or two, you and your family will have a whole house at your disposal. For example, you can have a rented house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and private pool. The house is fully furnished, air conditioning, has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and digital.

Think what that means. Your children can have their own rooms and sleep soundly. You can get a meal or snack when you want, and swim in your own pool. You will have spacious rooms, luxury amenities you can imagine.

In the case you are thinking about going to get these benefits, but the sacrifice in place, then you're dead wrong. These vacation homes are within 15 minutes Disney World, in a resort community that has a shopping plaza that includes a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, pizza delivery, post office, bank, and cleaners. The vacation homes Disney are also within a 40 minutes drive to over 200 golf courses. The location is ideal for Disney World and all the other attractions in the Orlando area.

I started talking about the price advantage of a vacation rental home so let's finish with that, because this is the best part. The three-bedroom house that I mentioned above starts at only $ 130 per night. During the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day and the last two weeks of October) the price is $ 140 per night. If you come during the holiday season (Christmas, spring break, Thanksgiving and 04 July) the price rises to $ 150.

You can check everything, but I doubt that any hotel will give you much space and services for only $ 130 per night. If you enjoy your vacation or holiday with a large group, as two families together, then the savings it offers a rental home are even greater.

As with most of good opportunities, progress more planning you do the greater your savings. It is best to make reservations in advance to be sure of getting the house rent that is right for you. Some of the nicest houses rentals are booked out a year in advance.
