I am a Philippines passport a work permit for Bermuda. The cheapest flight I can get will transit points in the U.S. or Canada. If the option of taking a flight with a stopover 2 hours to Vancouver or Toronto, and intends to stay only inside the airport waiting for my connecting flight.
