Can I use the moment of inertia in a balance device, upgradeable to achieve a balance of a building?
Building consists of a structural mesh vertical and a balance of the device, instead of projections, with the ability to distance from the center of mass of the building, thereby increasing its moment of inertia. I contend any additional load applied to the construction can be nullified by increased when the balancing device inertia and taking advantage of its kinetic energy potential. True or False?
